The KW height adjustable spring kit is used for lowering of the vehicle in combination with the standard dampers. Unlike to conventional spring kits, a customized height adjustment is possible within the tested adjustment range. For this solution, vehicle-specific spring seats with adapted KW lowering springs and matching elastomers as well as dust protection systems are used. The standard damper system for example with electronic or hydraulic control, continues to remain active.

For improved looks and more driving dynamics - in OEM quality. ST height adjustable springs kits are a great alternative to conventional springs. You don’t have to be satisfied with a fixed lowering as you can adjust the height with the ST height adjuster even after the kit has been installed. Your vehicle does not only get a more dynamic look with the ST height adjustable spring kit, but also the steering behaviour and response of the standard dampers becomes more agile. All driver assistance systems and comfort features of an adaptive series suspension remain with our vehicle specific developed spring set up.

For the installation of systems D1, D2, DZ and DZX we recommend ST wheel bolts in black or silver. Note that the length of the bolts depends on the thickness of the selected wheel spacer. In addition the type of screw seat and thread must be considered. Important note! Minimum thread engagement must be considered: M12x1,25 at least 8,0 turns M12x1,5 at least 6,5 turns M12x1,75 at least 6,5 turns M14x1,25 at least 9,0 turns M14x1,5 at least 7,5 turns 1/2“ at least 8,0 turns Caution: Wheel bolts that are too long may cause damage at the axle components!

When replacing the middle part of the exhaust pipe with a part without OPF filters, it is necessary to program these filters away. Otherwise, as soon as the unit recognizes that the filters are not present, it will immediately fall into emergency mode.
